Very poor and unprofessional services. Brant was the sale agent I was working with, I bought a Lexus 2017 RX 350, he never mentioned that it has just 1 key; after completing payment he han Brant was the sale agent I was working with, I bought a Lexus 2017 RX 350, he never mentioned that it has just 1 key; after completing payment he handed me just a single key. When i ask for another Key, this rude fellow showed up, with dreadlocks and wearing short pants acting as the manager, insulted me and told me payment has already been made that I cannot do anything. When I insisted on seeing the manager to Cancel the transaction, he apologized and promised that a key will be made and sent to my address which never came. called several times and they keep saying different stories. In addition, they also sent my Title to the wrong address, then I called to correct that, they mailed me a certified copy of the title with vehicle color showing BLACK instead of WHITE. I will not recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for a car. Very BAD Services, especially the Used car section. More

Clean, friendly, thorough, professional. I have used this dealership for many years and have always found it to be exceptional. While it may be true that dealership service is more expensive I have used this dealership for many years and have always found it to be exceptional. While it may be true that dealership service is more expensive, that seems quite unimportant when I’m traveling through areas that are remote and sparsely populated. The competence of Bob Howard auto service provides me with the confidence to travel into those areas. More

Came in for a fecall replacement. Told it could take up to 48 hours. Left car. 2 days later told recall item not available from dealership would have to order it from on line would Told it could take up to 48 hours. Left car. 2 days later told recall item not available from dealership would have to order it from on line would take up to two weeks to get it. Would cost over 500 dollars to fix charged us $245 for diagnostic to check out whole car . Not happy will take old car to some other place from now on thank s for caring. More
