Took my 2018 GMC Yukon Denali in for 60,000 mile service and a leak I noticed. I notified them I had a few coupons in the truck I wanted to use one (coupon said to show at beginning of appointment). I was quickly notified why was needed to fix, struts, water pump leaking etc. one of the items was $1100 to fix my drivers side mirror. I asked them to check it again since I didn’t notice an issue. They called back and said - yes it is broken. I asked them to fix everything but the mirror. The next day I called to check on it and see when it would be ready. Was told they would check and let me know. Never called. I called the third day again and got a call later that afternoon it was ready. I went to check out- no coupons in car and none credited on my bill. Guy checking me out was no help. Got in my truck- mirror worked fine. It wasn’t broken. I called and left a message for the service manager and two weeks later i haven’t heard back from him. So they lied, essentially overcharged me and don’t care to talk to me about it.
