Had a very good experience overall. I do find it crappy that they let me drive away with a tire that had a slow leak saying it was a “sensor issue”. Also an “AI set up an original test drive with another vehicle that sold the previous evening and didn’t notify me, didn’t even actually put me in the system and set up the test drive either. Justin wouldn't even discuss prices over the phone. 1st red flag. I went up there. At this point, I'm a brand new widow and needed a car ASAP for my kids. Got up there and started paperwork. Price was higher than original conversation my sister had had. 2nd red flag. I should have walked away. Feeling pressure to get this done after hours because I used leave when my late husband was sick. I agree to higher price. I notice a car facts report. I tell him there isn't any detail about the wreck. He commented that was weird but obviously it was minor bc the car is here being sold. It was advertised as basically brand spanking new, 2025 with just over 6k miles. I go back to financing bc I wanted a warranty because again, new widow. I am petrified of car issues. The warranty guy is the finance guy. I was not at the Honda dealership. No, this van was traded in at Buick GMC. So back to story, the finance guy -he was from Altus- Tells me he used to work at the Honda dealership but couldnt handle the haggling then breaks into a cheap Asian accent declaring 'price too high.' 3rd red flag.
