I had the best experience at Bob Howard GMC all thanks to Charlie Staton! Charlie found me and my husband checking out the new Terrains in their parking lot. He was very friendly, informative and patient with us. I kept going back and forth and we weighted the pros and cons carefully together. Charlie was honest and sincere. We could tell that he really cared about our needs. He was never pushy and I asked a lot of questions several times over! We came back the next day to turn in our old set of keys and he even came out to help us again with some tech support! I’m thrilled with my new terrain and will definitely be coming back to Bob Howard and hopefully Charlie in the future! Thanks again Charlie! More
