Service Center is horrible. 3 times to this service center for the same issue ( 1 time to another GM service center). Horrific nose when driving, tech keeps saying it’s all terr 3 times to this service center for the same issue ( 1 time to another GM service center). Horrific nose when driving, tech keeps saying it’s all terrain tires, it’s not, it gets louder when you turn and have weight on the driver side tires. Last week took it in and the service guy said he had the shop manager ride with him he agrees it’s a hub assembly when can I bring it back for repair. Set it up for this Wednesday and also ask about the tires and he said to get them covered we will need proof of tire rotations. Come back Wednesday, after waiting 2 hours service guy comes in and says they aren’t changing the hub, they have decided they want to charge me for tires, wheel alignment and wheel balance, the truck is a 2024 with 21k miles and is under warranty… little confused how we went from a warranty repair to know I’m paying for something. We go through the paperwork for my tire rotations. He keeps saying there is nothing wrong with the truck that the tires weren’t rotated. I have paperwork in my hand showing otherwise. The service guy stated well I’m not saying you’re lying but did you actually watch them rotate your tires because those tires were never rotated. First the mechanic is a personal friend so yes I know the tires were rotated. Second you can’t argue my paperwork.. After that I called GM Customer Care and the service center told them it was severely out of alignment… they didn’t even check the alignment in 4 trips? How would they know? And the truck doesn’t pull at all. They also are now refusing to service the truck which is fine because I don’t trust them anyways. Will have it serviced elsewhere Will never buy from Bob Howard Again May never purchase another GM May just go trade it in Service guy Mark - called me Liar with documents in hand. Also you’re welcome for your tool back you left in the truck. Sales Manager Mason - never called back. More
