Truly the best experience we've ever had buying a car After several days of test driving and searching for my ideal SUV in N TX, I contacted this dealership from their website late one evening with the in After several days of test driving and searching for my ideal SUV in N TX, I contacted this dealership from their website late one evening with the intent to have someone notify me if the certified preowned car I desired should become available. Within one minute of sending the email, Austin called. Contrary to the other salesmen I had been talking to at various places around Dallas, he was kind, personable, knowledgeable and spoke to me with the genuine interest in helping me. I trusted him immediately. Surprisingly, my criteria and their inventory synced up and we had a car picked out quickly. Austin listened to my concerns and even test-drove the vehicle before I made the three-hour drive north the next day to answer some of my questions about the condition. While there, other salespeople, service dept personnel, finance staff, and a few others all made a point to introduce themselves and shake our hands. Each having a similar genuineness to them. My husband was so relaxed and pleased with the entire process, too. No misleading ads, no gimmicks, no hard-sales with upgrades. The trade-in value on my existing car was fair and setting up financing for the new one was smooth and painless. Optional upgrades and warranties were offered but he did not lay the shame and blame game on us to buy them. Again, we felt completely at ease during this process. Honestly, I was ready for another vehicle last year but the thought of car-buying made me anxious and I kept putting it off.
