Quality, professionalism, courtesy I have been a picky Acura owner for over 24 years and almost exclusively take my vehicles to Acura when they need service. I recently made an exception by using a national chain when I needed new tires and they not only damaged my car, they tried to cover it up. The folks at Bob Howard were able to diagnose the trouble, replace the broken part, and get me back on the road. My only complaint was while the part was reasonable and the job should have been fairly easy, the labor and "shop supplies" charges were ridiculous. I will also add that I was surprised to learn that courtesy cars are only available to warranty service customers. I have dealt with several Acura dealerships around the country and am always offered a loaner even for the most basic service needs. More
