A New Customer for Life Generally and in the past I have always dreaded the new car buying process but that was not my experience at Bob Howard Acura. The staff were the most friendly and knowledgeable I have ever dealt with. NO high pressure sales pitch at this dealership and my sales associate, Taylor, and the sales manager worked with me and were genuinely interested in me and not just making a sale. They're THE BEST!! You see, this purchase of my Acura MDX needed to be a surprise to my wife for our 40th Anniversary. Not only did this dealership provide a huge red bow for the car but Taylor offered to deliver the car to my house to complete the surprise....even on her day off !! Now where are you going to find that kind of genuine care and professional service after the sale....allow me to answer that question for any future readers of this review.....nowhere other than Bob Howard Acura. So no need to shop other dealers, just make Bob Howard your first and only stop for the best deal right up front and a sales associate like Taylor to make it all the best car buying experience ever!!!
