NO high pressure sales pitch at this dealership and my sales associate, Taylor, and the sales manager worked with me and were genuinely interested in me and not just making a sale. They're THE BEST!! You see, this purchase of my Acura MDX needed to be a surprise to my wife for our 40th Anniversary. Not only did this dealership provide a huge red bow for the car but Taylor offered to deliver the car to my house to complete the surprise....even on her day off !! Now where are you going to find that kind of genuine care and professional service after the sale....allow me to answer that question for any future readers of this review.....nowhere other than Bob Howard Acura.
