Replaced Car Battery I had difficulty with the car starting a couple of times on the morning of July 31. My husband thought it might be the battery, but we decided to tak I had difficulty with the car starting a couple of times on the morning of July 31. My husband thought it might be the battery, but we decided to take the car in ASAP to get the problem assessed. Thankfully, we were able to get an appointment by noon that day. Gregg Harrison was our service consultant. He said the battery would be the first thing to be checked. As it turned out, it was a battery issue, which we'd agreed to replace, if necessary. The work was completed by the end of the day. We appreciated getting everything finished within a day, so that life can go on . . . with a worry-free vehicle. Gregg also replaced a battery in a key fob for us, which we appreciated. Excellent, efficient service! More

I had a tire replaced du We appreciated getting the car in a day sooner than originally scheduled, the service guys were great. I had two comments. I had a tire replaced due to a road hazard issue. The tire dealers offer a road hazard warranty, either during the life of a tire, or at the purchase of the tire. Tire warranties are handled though the finance department & their only offer was a very expensive wheel & tire warranty, no road hazard. If you want tire business, service should offer a road hazard warranty, or ONLY a road hazard warranty should be available at new car purchase. Second, the finance guy had to come from Honda. If you're running a premium line automobile dealership, there should be a finance guy on sight all the time. Last, parking at the dealership is a mess. There are used cars in the way all over everywhere and numerous open slots under the covers on the used car lot. Service was great, dealership could use a little cleanup. More

Initial Service Made an appoint for the first service visit on our 2018 Acura MDX and they were able to get in the next day. Arrive at 8am and they took my vehicle b Made an appoint for the first service visit on our 2018 Acura MDX and they were able to get in the next day. Arrive at 8am and they took my vehicle back to start on Work being performed, they also washed the car as well. I was waiting on the vehicle as it was stated that it should take 60-75 minutes but it took a bit longer to complete so that would be my only issue with the visit. More
