First oil change I was apprehensive about taking my car to a dealership for an oil change but was pleasantly surprised. Very happy with the service! Gregg took great care of me and my car! My TLX was flashing error messages. I had a tow truck come pick it up and bring it to the dealership as I was Gregg took great care of me and my car! My TLX was flashing error messages. I had a tow truck come pick it up and bring it to the dealership as I was afraid to drive it. Gregg was very accommodating; called several times with updates and sent an e-mail with details. A few things I was a little concerned about, (more about the product, not the dealership) 1 - I was charged $56 for rotating tires. I can get them rotated for no charge at several tire stores. $56 just seemed excessive. 2- Several warning lights started flashing at the same time and really made me worried to drive the car. Upon inspection, I was told it was nothing, just needed a software update. I wasted money on a tow when none was needed. I just felt like if there is a software problem with the TLX an e-mail or a card via snail mail explaining what might happen, so I was not so concerned, would have been nice. Still loving my car and Bob Howard Acura, but a few tweaks would make things better. More

Suspension Service MDX developed an odd clunk in the right front suspension. Met Gregg Sat. evening and I was able to drop just leave the car for Monday. Service tech MDX developed an odd clunk in the right front suspension. Met Gregg Sat. evening and I was able to drop just leave the car for Monday. Service tech looked at it first thing Mon. morning and Gregg promptly let us know is was a failed shock. Repair was completed that day and we picked it up early afternoon. Really pleased to just be able to drop it off without an appointment and have the car back so quickly. More
