Very friendly service dept! My car was due for the usual oil & filter change, tire rotation and transmission flush. When I dropped off my car Gregg gave me an estimate of cost. About an hour later I received a call from Gregg to explain what the technicians had found and how I wanted them to proceed. They informed me and left decision up to me - no pressure. I love that.
