Only Acura dealership within 30 miles so options are very limited. Went in for oil change last evening after work. Experience was a bit frustrating.I asked about coupons/specials but no response. Looked on limited. Went in for oil change last evening after work. Experience was a bit frustrating.I asked about coupons/specials but no response. Looked online afterwards and I see an oil change special for $49.95. I paid $79. It took an hour and a half even though I was the only customer there at the time. Then I mentioned that I had called about a recall on my RDX on 12/3/24. I was told at that time they would call me back to schedule. Never heard from them. Svc advisor told me last night he would find out about it and call me today. Nothing. No follow up at all. Very frustrating. More
