Service agent to speak with on my reservation wad not there and wasn't notified to speak to someone else. Was told that I would get a text when car was ready. My appointment was 930 after waiting until 5 there and wasn't notified to speak to someone else. Was told that I would get a text when car was ready. My appointment was 930 after waiting until 5:30 with no text called up there to see if ready and was told it was but when I got there they still needed to wash it and had to wait for it to get finished being serviced. Sal was fantastic! No complaints. Very attentive, courteous, truthful, and thorough. Couldn’t ask for a better salesperson. Very, very disappointed with the financ No complaints. Very attentive, courteous, truthful, and thorough. Couldn’t ask for a better salesperson. Very, very disappointed with the finance guy. He was very manipulative and not trustworthy. Tried to give us a higher interest rate and act like it was a mistake. Tried to charge us more on the sales order than what was agreed to. I had to actually hand write out the math to show him where he was wrong. Was incompetent and I would be embarrassed to have him working in my dealership. If it had not been for Sal and his knowledge and respectfulness I would have walked out and gone to Wichita or Tulsa to buy my car. Please do not take my opinion of the finance department out on Sal. I cannot stress enough what a breath of fresh air Sal was. He has absolutely no control over how the finance guy conducts his business. More
