One of the easiest and pleasant experiences buying a car ever. We live out of state and everything was done via email or text. Was greeted at dealership immediately upon arrival. Car was ready. All agreed paperwork was done as agreed on and waiting on us. In out out of dealership in about two hours. (and that included a somewhat extended test drive and an orientation to car). Highly satisfied with dealership and Timmy Nguyen, our salesman.

I’ve been a customer at this dealership for 6 years getting my car service on a regular basis and my experiences with Acura lately just have been dissatisfying . I will gladly take my services elsewhere and would advise others too as well. I could wrote a passage about my experience but it’s not even worth it at this point . It’s super frustrating. The dealership has demonstrated a lack of accountability and along with many inconveniences to a loyal customer. It’s quite baffling .
