Our salesperson T was great and communicated with us consistently throughout the whole process. After waiting an hour to get into financing, the whole finance experience was smooth and fine. The websit consistently throughout the whole process. After waiting an hour to get into financing, the whole finance experience was smooth and fine. The website has a welcomingly expansive and cohesive breakdown of all pricing and packages that can be added to the vehicle, touting "Instant Upfront Pricing". The only issue is that the final cost actually includes an unlisted non-optional protection package anyways, and there was little room for negotiation on the price. I take issue with the online price not showing the actual marked up price you receive once you ask for a personal quote. It seems like a waste of such a well put together web listing; if you are going to mark up a car on a customer, indicate that prior to contact. We came looking for a great car at a good deal, but we only managed to find a good car. More
Upon inspection all jack accessories were available. After purchase lug wrench piece of handle missing. Have a flat 1 week after purchase and no wrench to remove lug nuts. Asked about infotainment After purchase lug wrench piece of handle missing. Have a flat 1 week after purchase and no wrench to remove lug nuts. Asked about infotainment center remote during fist inspection of vehicle, "none taken on trade in" stated by sales person. Dealer acquired vehicle through Dealer Auction (Carfax detail). On agreement to purchase only final price and monthly provided. Had to ask for finance terms paper. None provided in person while at dealership. Digital copy sent after leaving and after dealer hours. Suprisingly an Unspoken, offered, nor advertised "Warranty" is part of every New or Used car sale at Bob Howard dealerships. Then during paper siging when asking if "insurance proof" could be emailed. No was the answer. Almost two hours later and phone calls to my carrier it "is" possible to email the dealer's finance officer. Less than 30 minutes had keys in hand. Vehicle History, I showed indication of accident in walk around, and in car work invoices showed damage repair done to vehicle. Dealership stood solely by Car Fax provided. In all, All Urban Legionds upheld. Lastly, thanked me for Armed Forces service, and did not even mention the dealerships brand name offering Veterans Discounts. My self apprised verdict, after all's said and done I was a marked man. Wondering now about the grey line of ethics there. More
