Service department staff were friendly and seemed willing to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Since I live 70 miles away I had no desire to sit around a dealership all day. We had a spare tire install on my RDX. We were quoted one price from the parts department and when we were finished the bill was $100 more. The service rep was able to lower the cost by $5 We were quoted one price from the parts department and when we were finished the bill was $100 more. The service rep was able to lower the cost by $50. When we went to get in the car the spare tire was hanging down. It was installed upside down and improperly. I have bought two cars from this dealership and for the most part they are on top of things. The next time I will get a quote in writing before taking my car in. More
Even though I did not purchase my Acura from Bob Howard, not because of anything, they had any control over, I have always use them for my service, and I find them to be extremely helpful and customer servi not because of anything, they had any control over, I have always use them for my service, and I find them to be extremely helpful and customer service focused. They offer the maintenance that is required on the vehicle, but when I declined it, they don’t pressure me and into feeling bad, but they also explain the importance of certain things. More
