I’d done the rear brakes a year ago, and did I quick scan of when I last did the front brake pads and didn’t see that anywhere, and, I have 106k on my MDX. I called the service department, she reviewed their online records and didn’t see that service. I brought the MDX in to have them checked and the pads were barely heading out of the green to the yelllow, so, nothing to be done until they go through the yellow to the red. They washed my MDX and sent me on my way! More

Service was quicker than expected. Cost was acceptable with the mailer coupon. Talked to Cooper the salesman and then Dell the used car director. We agreed on a price, and my credit union got in contact with them to get all the information and told them they were printing a check and director. Their finance manager then called me to try and sell me extended warranty and bank conversion. I told him no, and he thanked me for my time and told me he would see me on Saturday. I arrived Saturday after a 2-hour drive to find out they sold it! Their response was, "Sorry about that." Absolutely no remorse or integrity! I have no trust in Bob Howard Acura. More
