Then after I get my car Jonathan calls me 5 minutes after being home to ask about my interest in 24 integra , that was the loaner! After he just saw me speak to the GM! No respect for customers or women maybe. Jacob the GM is great. Joni is the sweetest human. Jeremy is only one you should buy a car from if you go to acura. More

I waited 45 minutes, after my car was finished, to pay for my service.My appt.was at 10am. For a tire rotation and to replace a tag light.I left at 12:10pm..This was really up setting, that no one every r for my service.My appt.was at 10am. The service department could stand to step up their level of service quite a few notches. The service manager argued with me about what I heard her say. Instead of apollogizing for the misunderstanding and r of service quite a few notches. The service manager argued with me about what I heard her say. Instead of apollogizing for the misunderstanding and restating the information, she continued to argue with me about what I heard. AND then told me she was going to hang up on me. I have been in customer service for 25+ years and regardless of whether or not the customer what the customer heard is correct, you don't argue with them about it. You APOLOGIZE for the misunderstanding and restate. If there was another Acura dealership in OKC, OK I would give them a try next time. Unfortunately for me, I don't have another option. And continue to go back for subpar customer service. More
