Dangerous This service center tried to make too much extra money on my safety behalf. They left 3 bolts loose in purpose and told me I but needed a sway bar and This service center tried to make too much extra money on my safety behalf. They left 3 bolts loose in purpose and told me I but needed a sway bar and control arm. Wanted to charge me over $800, I paid a guy that was honest, $40 to tighten the bills that could have caused me to have a fatal wreck that may have killed me and/or my family. I will not recommend this place. More

New Truck TLC I purchased a new truck from Bob Hook back in August. I have had the truck in a few times for some exterior upgrades and a couple of minor maintenance I purchased a new truck from Bob Hook back in August. I have had the truck in a few times for some exterior upgrades and a couple of minor maintenance issues that have come up. Ryan Daring has been my point of contact all along with setting up appointments and has been nothing short of fantastic! He always responds in short order to my messages and has made sure that things were right and that I was satisfied. I am new to the Bob Hook family, but so far they have not let me down in the sales or maintenance department. If you are in the market for a new GM car or truck these guys will not let you down! More
