Took new car into dealer for warranty work. Was there for a week. Checked on it and was told it would be at least another week to two weeks. Advisor said we could pick it up, and did. He said he would keep us "in line" and call us when they could get to it. This is absolutely terrible service. I have purchased two (2) vehicles from this dealer in the last 18 mos. Have had terrible experience in two out of three service calls. Will go somewhere else in the future. More
Waited three hours to get a headlight replaced. My appointment for an oil change was for 8 AM. I arrived at the dealership just before 8 AM and pulled my car into line for service. It was about 10 to 15 minutes before someone came to my vehicle I arrived at the dealership just before 8 AM and pulled my car into line for service. It was about 10 to 15 minutes before someone came to my vehicle to start the process. I was taken into the waiting room at about 8:20 am. I waited with the vehicle and expected to be done by at least 930. I think that an hour and a half is more than enough time to do an oil change. My vehicle was not ready until after 11 o’clock. I was very upset because I think that three hours for an oil change is ridiculous. I also had another appointment that I had scheduled for 11 o’clock that I ended up having to cancel because I had to wait three hours for an oil change. This Cadillac is my second vehicle. I also own a Lexus. I can definitely say that I have never experienced such horrible customer service at Lexus. I am considering taking the Cadillac to another dealership because of the poor service I received for a simple oil change. I even let my sales person know about the poor service I received that day. Her name is Mitchal. She apologized, and I did expect a coupon or something to restore my customer loyalty. I got nothing. This is my first time purchasing a vehicle that is not a Lexus in about 15 years. Bob Hook Chevrolet definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Will not recommend! More
