My first bad experience with Bob Hook, I took my truck to get a remanufactured transmission installed and when I picked it up the amount was over $300 more than what they quoted me. Now 3 years and 7 months More

Thank you for let me vent. When you work 40 hours a week and take time out to get your oil change it sure not take over 3 hours and having an appointment.

As soon as we plugged that in the headlight was working, and we didnt want to charge you since it was a quick fix. We're puzzled why its not working now, but I understand you have spoken with John already about stopping in so that we can take a look. Thanks again!
