Waste of time I came in asking for a vehicle 5 persons could fit Online I selected Traverse bc it was 1st I was rushing my application. I told Jake I wanted somethi I came in asking for a vehicle 5 persons could fit Online I selected Traverse bc it was 1st I was rushing my application. I told Jake I wanted something in the $350 range he tells me of I could get a traverse for $350/Mo I would have one. Huh, why are you stuck on a traverse if I said I want something 5 ppl can fit inside of? The whole entire time that was wasted he kept talking to me like I was uneducated I have 2 business degrees. I had to suggest to him to look at used vehicles he pulls up online inventory. I asked to see a vehicle then he says oh I can't sell that sorry I took up your time that's all I have. I asked to use my job discount he says we'll see. After he found out he wasn't getting any down payment money to pocket he didn't want to sell me a vehicle. Most ppl tell you when inventory comes in & to come back or they'll call you. Shannon says save some money & come back. Huh I have a tax return of $11000 in my bank, ins policy of $25,000 I'm not putting any money down bc I like my money in the bank. I will make sure no one in my sorority, church, job, or places I volunteer come here. Jake Bishop lacks customer service skills/customer retention skills/lacks basic communication skills . Save your time going there. More
