every experience, and i have had quite a few as i have been leasing cars with bob hook for several years now, has been perfect. they go above and beyond every single time. dave hook and david pryor contin been leasing cars with bob hook for several years now, has been perfect. they go above and beyond every single time. dave hook and david pryor continue to exceed my expectations (ie; i would reeaally love those shiny wheels, a sunroof, heated seats, but don't need the dvd player..can you find that for me?) they always deliver, and with smiles no less! car dealerships can be intimidating, especially being female, and are always completely draining, female or male. bob hook is the one car dealership i can walk into every time and not only feel welcome but actually end up sticking around for a bit enjoying my conversations with them. can't imagine there are many dealerships like that. the process, start to finish, is always a breeze. cecilia is so efficient and has everything ready for me to sign the second i sit down in her office. 7 minutes later and i'm out the door with my new car..and every little detail on/in it that i requested. can't beat bob hook.. you all are the best. thanks!
