I found a truck type I was looking for at Bob Hook Chevy online. The major hurdle was it was 6 hours away! We flew down on Sunday and everything was ready to go to drive home. It's not good salesmanship that sold the truck, it's good customer service that made the sale. From the first phone call I could tell I was talking to someone willing to help, and not just sell me. Great working with Michael. More
Absolutely horrible mechanics that could not identify an oil leak. On the first visit, they advised me what the felt was the issue and I paid to have the repair to stop the oil leak. Two days later, more oil was coming from the bottom of the car. I brought the vehicle back and was advised the mechanic broke a part and the repair would be on them. Two days later, the engine was still leaking, more than ever now. I brought the vehicle back and was advised no oil was leaking even though I provided pictures of that morning of fresh oil on my driveway and on my hand that was clean new oil. They held the car for a week by my advisement to validate the car was leaking. A week later they mentioned they did not see any leaks and no other services were needed. Two days later, the oil was present AGAIN on my driveway. MY BRAND NEW CEMENT DRIVEWAY IS NOW RUINED. I called very upset as there was NO WAY they did not see a leak after one week in their parking lot. CLEARLY, they did not want to make the proper repairs and LOSE money. I brought this car to another Chevy dealership who advised me the leak was a crack head gasket -- which -- if you do your research was a RECALL!!!! So, all the money and repairs I paid for had NOTHING to do with the leak and a waste of time and money only to learn the head needed replacing. One week since it has been fixed and NOT ONE DROP OF OIL ON MY DRIVEWAY. Shame on you Bob Hook Chevrolet!!! Shame ON YOU! How in the world could you not see the head was cracked when the Chevy Cruze vehicle is KNOWN for these issues. You need to do a better job of fully inspecting the vehicle, especially when the extended warranty company would have paid TOP DOLLAR for this repair! More

I have to start off by saying Collen at Bob Hook Chevrolet is an amazing person to deal with. Now if you don’t read anything else from me, at least you’ll that I highly recommend Collen. My son purchased his first car, a 2017 Chevy Malibu this past February. She totally understood all my concerns as a parent of a new driver and help get him in something that wasn’t too big, had the safety features that I wanted and a price he could afford. He totally loved that car. Fast forward to the beginning of October. Someone did a hit and run on his car and the insurance company deemed it a total loss, so now we had to start looking again. The insurance company had just started working the claim with only verbal promises and to make things worse the chip shortage has made it extremely difficult to find a used car. We got a hold of Collen again and explained everything, to include the fact that our claim was still in the beginning stage. She assured us that this wasn’t a problem and that she could help get him back into a car right away. As before she found the perfect car with everything we both wanted. Even with the high demand of used vehicle across the country, I was very satisfied with the price and the ease of the whole process. The fact that she was able to get him back into a car a week sooner than I ever imagined and how painless the process was, speaks so much for how she and everyone there cares for customers. Like I said, this was the second vehicle we had purchased from her. We have gotten two other vehicles from Bob Hook. A new Silverado in 2016 and another for my wife a week before I deployed in the Army. So I highly recommend Collen or anyone else from Bob Hook. They will treat you right. More
