In 2019 I went to Bob Hook to look at Chev. vans for work and Mr. Michael Sweets Helped me with that. I called him a smooth operator back then because he was so pleasant to work with. I drove off in a 2017 Chev. van. The other day I retired and wanted to downsize. I called Mr. Sweets hoping he was still there. He was. I told him I went on the Bob Hook website and picked out 6 vehicles I was interested in. When I arrived, Michael had the keys ready. He made some suggestions, and I took them out for a test drive. I found the one I wanted, and we sat down for the paperwork. Mr. Mitchell gave me a very fair trade in price, and we moved to the next phase. Ms. Rachel Calvert had all of the paperwork ready when I picked up my new ride. Easy breezy. What a pleasure working with these folks. And yes, Michael Sweets is still the Smooth Operator.
