He was very friendly with my children and helped me keep them entertained while we went through all of the paperwork etc. He was even kind enough to pick me up on the day my car was ready, drove me to the dealership and went over every detail of the vehicle to make sure I was prepared to leave in my new car. Steven even went above and beyond by giving me a contact for car insurance who was able to get me signed up the same day and new insurance cards faxed over the next day.
