Bob Hook Chevrolet

My first bad experience with Bob Hook, I took my truck to get a remanufactured transmission installed and when I picked it up the amount was over $300 more than what they quoted me. Now 3 years and 7 months get a remanufactured transmission installed and when I picked it up the amount was over $300 more than what they quoted me. Now 3 years and 7 months have passed and that transmission has failed. I called to get a price on getting it rebuilt instead of buying remanufactured this time. I spoke to Keith in the service department & he quoted me almost $1000 more than a transmission shop down the road quoted me for a remanufactured transmission. This was also more than double what I was quoted for having the transmission rebuilt 3 years & 7 months previous. I wanted to verify if that was for a rebuilt or remanufactured transmission. He must not have liked that and that is when his attitude changed. I was simply wanting to make sure what he was being quoted. I'll take my business to the company that I can trust, who treated me much better & I will save tons of money. More

Michael went above and beyond. I live 3.5 hrs away. Any issues or potential issues Michael tried to identify and make me aware so I didn't waste a trip down for a truck I wouldn't I live 3.5 hrs away. He tested the crane & did a few tests and sent videos of the crane in action. He contacted the previous owner to ask about the crane. Even 2 days before we were going to drive down & get the truck he let me know about some old mounting holes that were on top of the toolboxes. It was truly a pleasure working with Michael. I wish all people could have such an enjoyable sales experience. More
