They worked with us very little on choices and changed their offer without saying so until after we signed. Told us the warranty was good for 2 years, that they could do it for $200 down. We signed papers and afterwards said the warranty was only 6 months or 19,000 miles and $500 down. The car wasn't cleaned at all if any. And they seemed to of careless about getting us in a vehicle. Update to review. After some back and forth, Brian made it right and they replaced the DVD player. Not a good experience. The staff was very friendly until after the deal was signed. Once I purchased a vehicle they were unwilling to fix the DVD player that was broken the first time I opened it. They insist that it was working on the lot and I should have purchased a service plan. They tried to offer me a rate 3x higher than what we settled on, luckily I had already gotten pre approved elsewhere so I knew what my credit could get me in terms of financing. (They did match my other offer but had I not pushed back they would have locked me in at a very high rate). I was drawn here because they had the exact used vehicle I was looking for at a good price. I would just caution anyone to make sure you go over a used vehicle with a fine tooth comb because if you miss anything they will not make it right once you sign. More
