To start working with the sales-person was great. However the Jeep I was sold has given me nothing but problems. Possibly the service techs did not inspect properly and dealership was unaware of quality of J the Jeep I was sold has given me nothing but problems. Possibly the service techs did not inspect properly and dealership was unaware of quality of Jeep. But since purchasing I have had to replace the starter, all vacuum lines, the radio shorts and never works, the rear bumper was missing bolts on one side and almost fell off on the road, I had to replace front brake rotors and pads as they were shot, front steering stabilizer was blown causing death wobble at 40-50mph, rear drum brakes needed adjusting, oil pan was missing bolts and leaking, transmission pan gasket was shot and leaking, steering wheel has no horn and was screwed with wood screws to keep together (assuming air bag is no longer operational as well). And finally it has a cylinder 2 misfire, which has been now connected to bad compression causing rough idle and stalling at lights/stop signs. I realize when you buy a used car it is, "as is". But at what point is it unsafe for a dealership to put a human being in a car they sold and out on the road with other people? Not only do I feel like I wasted money and time on this Jeep but I feel unsafe having it on the road. More
Awesome dealer great people! I bought a Chevy Equinox in July 21. I didnt think I would like this vehicle. Steve Rice took the time and explained everything tech questions and mechanical both.
