After talking to us for a spell he lined up what we are driving today, it was exactly what we where looking for, even tho he didn't get the final sale. While the gf did all the paperwork Erick and I went to a 2017 Chevy Corvette Sting Ray, and a 2017 Chevy Camaro 50th anniversary RS, both I can't afford, but had a great time shopping and dreaming. Leaving with the Buick was a dream come true, and pix I got of me in both the Better and Camaro was awesome, and that is why Erick Smith is my hero!! More

Exceeded My Expectations What an excellent team. Steven Rice was our salesperson and he went over and above in taking care of us and getting us the information that we needed What an excellent team. We live near Grand Rapids, Michigan and thus this was mostly done via e-mail and phone. I was driving my father to Florida and decided to take a detour to visit the dealership to see the vehicle on our way. So with only about three hours notice and on Steven's day off, he came in to help us out. With a great deal of help from Troy Scholl the sales manager ( he was an absolute pleasure to work with also), we were able to strike a deal before we left that day. Then they agreed to deliver the vehicle to us without any charge. I also was working with Jim Martin ( Business Manager) regarding an extended warranty and he was very responsive and very helpful. Then the drivers that delivered our vehicle ( 300 miles away) were excellent in delivering the vehicle and answering some last minute questions. This was absolutely a fantastic experience!!
