Worst customer service EVER I bought a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu less than 2 years ago. The car has been in the shop close to 18 times and I have been asking Bob Grimm to get me out I bought a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu less than 2 years ago. The car has been in the shop close to 18 times and I have been asking Bob Grimm to get me out of this vehicle. They said oh yes we can help you. Then when it came down to it, NUMEROUS times they said just give us a few more thousand dollars down and we can get you into the same type of car or we can make your payment higher with this car with more mileage or a cheaper car. I was even threatened by the owner if i went over his head that he wouldn't help and he was going to make sure of that. I called GM and it finally came down to Bob Grimm telling GM that, yes we gave him a chance for a buy back with trade. Yeah trade in for a junkier car with more mileage. I will NEVER EVER EVER buy a vehicle from them and people have asked about where to buy and I told them to stay far away from that dealership. I even had numerous problems with the service department, but that's another whole review. More

We returned to trade and purchase and even though Jon was off that day Steve took over and made the experience a pleasant one. We got what we wanted on our trade and they washed and filled our tank on our new Silverado. Steve also took the time to get us all set up before we left the lot. We negotiated my trade in over the phone and they sent a driver to deliver the car and pick up my trade in to my house. The service level I received could not have been better and they made the entire process simple! Despite concerns over buying a 22 year old car, sight unseen, salesman Jacob Hill, meticulously, sent me photos with all defects circled with a marker, and a comperhensive narative regarding the overall condition of the car. He arrainged satisfactory financing. Upon my arrival to accept delivery, an issue came up with a major engine defect. The dealer ship fixed it immediatly. Back in Missouri the vehicle passed inspection and emmisions. I couldn’t be happier. Cudos to Jacob and the whole staff. More
