No five star dealership ...10 stars !!! The reason I am writing this review is because this is by far the best dealership in town. My experience here was awesome. I am a young buyer age 25 a The reason I am writing this review is because this is by far the best dealership in town. My experience here was awesome. I am a young buyer age 25 and my dad and I came here about a week ago to look at cars because of the lack of success from being able to go to the auto show due to the large crowds. I was pleasantly surprised that as we walked into the building we were greated by a young gentleman not really sure of his name ;who was very energetic and went to go get a sales person right away. He then introduced us to Courtney Rice who was my sales person who was very energetic, friendly and professional as well. She was great she made sure I got everything I wanted in the truck I purchased the 2015 Ford Edge. One of the main reasons we chose this dealership out of all the ford dealerships in town is because my grandfather retired from the ford plant down the street and my parents bought their first car here 20 yrs ago so I kinda wanted to follow in their footsteps. Not only did I want to keep this going in my family but they make you feel as though you are their family as well. Even after my purchase days later I had questions about my vehicle I couldn't figure out how to work the automatic starter so I reached out to Courtney and she responded right away making sure everything was ok and that I knew how to work the starter. I am very happy that we came here because i have heard many stories about people being very unhappy, dissatisfied and ignored when they go to dealerships and you will not find that here they really care about their customers and the people they do business with. This is truly by far the best ford dealership in town and I recommend any one to Courtney Rice she is great and the whole staff and I will continue to do business with them for years to come. More
