Dave showed me what was on their lot so I could see and understand the options. He had me test drive two different Edges so I could make the right decision for me as to the engine size. Once I decided on the Edge of my choice, Dave began the search. In three days, I would return to Gillingham Ford to pick up my brand new 2016 Edge. I thought it was just what I wanted, but, it's much, much more. It's amazing. Dave went through all the options, and with everything computerized, this personal touch was extremely helpful. Dave also took me over to the service section so I was familiar with that area and what to do when I need service. I financed this purchase and Matt worked with me on that. He was so well prepared that the entire process went quickly and efficiently. More
