Overall good experience I came to Gillingham looking for a used Ford Fusion with less than 30,000 miles, leather interior, and a premium sound system, and I was looking for a I came to Gillingham looking for a used Ford Fusion with less than 30,000 miles, leather interior, and a premium sound system, and I was looking for a sticker price under $18,000. While there was no such car on their lot, within less than a week they found a car in Michigan that met my preferences, and within less than two weeks, I was the owner of the car that I wanted: a 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium. My previous car was a 2003 Centennial Edition Taurus, and I was completely unfamiliar with how to use many of the features on the Fusion, but Courtney and Mark were very friendly and very helpful with showing me how to use all the features, and were more than willing to spend time with me when I returned one week later to ask questions. Mark also offered me free car washes, which is very much appreciated in this harsh climate. Bob Gillingham himself even came up to me and congratulated me on my used car purchase. Overall I had an excellent experience and I highly recommend visiting Bob Gillingham Ford. More
