L-O-F requirement I took my van for its required L-O-F and other needed repairs. They rotate my tires and they gave the van a 100% check. The service department is a team working to service the customer. Mike Murad was the service advisor. He makes sure the van is 100% when it leaves the shop. All the people in the shop are great people. When a customer leaves to go home the customer knows the Van is working like the day I drove it home the day I purchased the van. You can go into the waiting room and enjoy a good cup of coffee and in no time you are told the van is ready to go home. They advise if some repairs will be needed sometime in the future but they will advise you what and when. More

He sent us one photo (answering our question) in one email and left us alone. Later when we were ready he help us through the process of ordering a truck to our specific specifications. Body shop blunders After being involved in an accident I took my vehicle to Gillingham Ford. My initial feeling was that they had been in business a long time, a good r After being involved in an accident I took my vehicle to Gillingham Ford. My initial feeling was that they had been in business a long time, a good reputation and that my neighbor also recommended them. On 02/02/2017 I had brought my vehicle in for an estimate, at that time everyone seemed friendly and courteous. 2 weeks later after sorting thru all the insurance info, I had made an appointment for 03/28/2017 at 8:30 am. I called on 03/27/2017 to confirm the appointment and was asked no further questions. Upon arriving I was told that the estimate was deleted out of the system and they would have to look at the vehicle again. Ok I understand that to a point, but what I had a problem with is why it was my fault? I felt like I was putting this individual out because I questioned her about that. Then when I asked what time the vehicle would be ready I was told in 2 or 3 days. My copy of the estimate said it would take 1.9 hours of labor to complete the repair. If I would have been told this upfront arrangements could have been made to cover those days. Why make an appointment if the parts needed to complete repair are not readily available! More
