Gailen greeted us and got us set up with our salesman ,John . He looked you in the eye when he spoke to you , was very helpful with everything involved. From test drive , to insurance and out the door sale , he was very helpful . It was a pleasure to do business with the people at this dealership . More

Took over a month and a half to get the correct paperwork to register in my state. Please save yourself a major headache and look somewhere else. I wish I would have. More
I went with my parents looking for a new used car. My sister recommended Fisher, she recently purchased a car there n was happy. My experience was not a happy one. Salesman was going to make two sales. While finance guy was working on my stuff, salesman walked away from us and started waiting on other customers. The guy in the finance department insulted me to my face and instead of finishing up working with me or my parents he started on another customer. I was told to leave and they would call me in an hour. Never heard from them. I called and was told they had not had the chance to work on it yet. Did not hear from them the next day. Again I called and again I got the run around. We eventually went to another dealership. Bought two cars on the spot. The customer service, salesman, and overall experience at the other dealership was 100 times better than at Fisher. Will never fo back to Fisher again for a car. Poor customer service....poor everything. I eventually heard from the salesman at Fisher asking if we were still interested in the cars....I was pleased to tell him we bought both vehicles elsewhere! More
My wife and I bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with only 12,000 miles from Bob Fisher about 2 months ago. We started having problems with the starter about a month into owning it. When we contacted the dealership to setup Service, they told us that the car was not Certified Pre-Owned. The said they never had paperwork showing that it was. It was up to me to prove that it was. The Certified Pre-Owned feature was a selling point for the salesman. We still had all of the paperwork showing that it was under Warranty. I faxed them all of the paperwork that I had on Friday morning. On Monday, they said they never received it. It wasn't until several phone calls, a 2nd fax and an e-mail to the Sales Mgr that they claimed to have suddenly found the original fax. I have yet to get the car in for Service. I can only imagine what kind of nightmare I am in for with that. More
Bob was very professional and got me what I wanted. Went in there with a tough goal in mind and they gave us a list of about 15 cars. We left there with a amazing car with low miles. Also my fiancé ended up looking into a new car and Bob got him a very good deal. Walked away with 2 cars and definitely going back for any future cars. No bull, they gave us the numbers up front no going back to speak to someone to try and negotiate a price. Got everything right up front no bull and no back and forth. Best dealer I went to. No games and great customer service!! I recommend anyone who goes to speak with Bob. I recommend anyone looking for a good reliable car to go to Bob Fisher!! More
Went to have a problem diagnosed per Chevy's request. The dealer I purchased the car from is no longer a Chevy certified dealer. I told them of several issues my Equinox is having and only one was actually c dealer I purchased the car from is no longer a Chevy certified dealer. I told them of several issues my Equinox is having and only one was actually checked. When I spoke with the service adviser he acted like he had no time for me. He had a rude tone of voice and was really short with me. He made me feel as if I was wasting his precious time. He needs to brush up on his customer service skills. I will not use this dealer for service or purchase. More

I rotated the tires myself as i was going on a tri This service department is horrible. I bought a new 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. I rotated the tires myself as i was going on a trip cross country the next day. The check tire light came on after the rotation and i knew the tire sensors had to be "reset" by the dealership which only takes about five minutes total for all four wheels. I drove to the dealership and told the service department at BOB FISHER CHEVROLET in Reading, Pa that i was due to go on a trip early the next day and asked if they could reset the tire sensors before my trip. You think i asked them to rebuild the engine or something, first reponse from them was well we dont think we can do it today, if we even can do it you will have to wait at least 3 1/2 hours and it will cost you 39.95. I was in disbelief, after spending 40,000 on a new pickup there, this is the treatment i received over a lousy five or ten minutes it would have taken them to fix it. I immediately drove to OUTTEN CHEVROLET in Hamburg, Pa. I explained to them what I needed and asked them if they could help me out. There response was was SURE we will help you out. Even though i could see they were very busy and i did not even buy the truck there(big mistake) . Within 15 minutes i had my truck back with the wheel sensors reset. I asked them how much i owed them and the response was you dont owe us anything, WOW,now thats the service I expected from BOB FISHER CHEVROLET. Needless to say i will never return to BOB FISHER CHEVROLET for ANYTHING, SALES OR SERVICE. OUTTEN CHEVROLET gets all of my business now. Do yourself a favor and stay away from BOB FISHER CHEVROLET. PS, I also filed a formal complaint with General Motors over this treatment by BOB FISHER CHEVROLET. More
I came in to buy a new box utility truck. I had my 2003 utility truck so they give me stimated cost to trade my utility truck. The saleman did not know anything about the new utility van and than he had t utility truck so they give me stimated cost to trade my utility truck. The saleman did not know anything about the new utility van and than he had to get with, Tim to come out and look at my utility truck to trade in to see what they would give me on the trade. The saleman came back out and look at the truck and said Tim was not coming out. I wonder what your service repair department like. More
