As always, the Bob Ferrando Dealership did a fantastic job with the friendliness, courtesy and the knowledge in their craft. Over the years I dealt with many dealers' service departments but this happens job with the friendliness, courtesy and the knowledge in their craft. No matter which question that I had concerning my vehicle there was either an answer within seconds or at times an answer before I could get the words out of my mouth. This kid took the bull by the horns. Seeing an opportunity because I was there so early and they had a mechanic ready to roll, they started my recall immediately at eight.
