I have been doing business with Ferrando for over six months. The service department, especially the manager, is outstanding. The sales department, especially Mr DeDionisio, was very helpful in completi months. The service department, especially the manager, is outstanding. As always, the Bob Ferrando Dealership did a fantastic job with the friendliness, courtesy and the knowledge in their craft. Over the years I dealt with many dealers' service departments but this happens job with the friendliness, courtesy and the knowledge in their craft. No matter which question that I had concerning my vehicle there was either an answer within seconds or at times an answer before I could get the words out of my mouth. This kid took the bull by the horns. Seeing an opportunity because I was there so early and they had a mechanic ready to roll, they started my recall immediately at eight.
