Sales wasn't horrible. They probably could have done a little better with communication. Service is another issue altogether. I am still frustrated regarding the service department. I was told that the vehicle was just recently inspected, which it was, when I took the car in to get the APIM replaced (which I was aware of) I asked them to look at the car because for a car that was just recently inspected it sure squeaks a lot. They ended up keeping the car an extra day because they found a recall on it. Was told it should fix the squeaking. It did not, but I thought maybe because it had been raining it had something to do with that. When I received the car back after those were fixed the navigation SIM card was not working so I had to take it back again. When I dropped the car off I said can you look at the 2 front tires since I had to fill them 3 times already that week. The manager said well I'd have to have special permission from sales to pay for that. I said I never said I wanted sales to pay for it that I would be more than willing to pay since it could be something I ran over. That made me feel disrespected like I was just trying to get them to pay for everything. I ended up needing new valve stems and something else that I can't remember was right now. That's fine. However, my navigation is still partially unable to be used, and now my steering wheel shakes when I'm slowing down/stopping, and the squeak is still there. I'm just living with it though until I can find someone else to take it to, because I do not want to deal with the manager and the fact that it is almost like the mechanics can't fix anything correctly. More
