I called my regular dealership in Erie for an appointment to fix my disabled car and was told that I the first appointment they had was well over a month away. I was so depressed that I was going to be with to fix my disabled car and was told that I the first appointment they had was well over a month away. I was so depressed that I was going to be without a car to drive for such a long time and didn't know what to do. I decided to try calling another dealership, and I am so glad I called Ferando Ford and spoke to Collin. He wanted to help me out, so I had my car towed to Ferando Ford's lot. Ferando Ford had my car diagnosed, ordered the part, and fixed the automatic clutch before the other dealership's scheduled appointment just to diagnose (let alone the time to order the backordered part). I am extremely glad I took my car to Ferando Ford. I am happily driving again whereas, I would have been still waiting for the other appointment time. More
