Previous experiences not very pleasent. Some seem to be prejudiced toward certain people thus lacking trust. Always had to prepay for parts, then spend hours getting work done. Mixed emotions I’ve been a customer here at Ferrando Ford since 2008, spent lots of money here, continue to do business through their service department however this I’ve been a customer here at Ferrando Ford since 2008, spent lots of money here, continue to do business through their service department however this last time might be the last, went in for my usual oil change/tire rotation and to have an unusually loud fan noise looked at, I also made aware to the service person that a few lug nuts were damaged the last time I had my truck serviced by one of their techs and wanted them replaced, luck be it that I had two things pop up: my entire A/C system needed replaced due to failed compressor and that when looking into my lug nut issue I needed to replace 9 lug nuts, I was fine with having to spend the $1600+ to fix my AC and to have my usual service done ($70) but to have to pay $62.10 to replace lug nuts one of the dealership’s tech damaged I thought was just wrong, and on top of that try to charge me labor for it since I paid for the tire rotation, not real sure where loyalty on their end is anymore, my truck is a 2013 F150, just over 61000 miles at the time of service which was just out of warranty, again I understand all that and am fine with that, however to add insult to injury with the lug nuts was a bit much, after discussing with the counter guys in the service dept and them talking to the manager, it was unclear where I was supposedly taken care of regarding the lug but issue as I still had to pay for them and they waived labor...to me that’s bad business, if this continues I will not only be taking my business elsewhere, so will my family which is another 5 vehicles they’ll lose business on and so will Ford More
