Great Service from Bob Ferrando Ford My Explorer would not start over the weekend and I needed it for a family trip on the following Tuesday. I was able to drop it off at Bob Ferrando's My Explorer would not start over the weekend and I needed it for a family trip on the following Tuesday. I was able to drop it off at Bob Ferrando's on Sunday night and to my surprise, I received a call from the Service department that it was fixed and ready for pickup Monday afternoon. Thanks to the great service, I was able to pick it up Monday evening and go on my family trip on Tuesday. Thank you again for the excellent service and making my trip relaxing as it should be! More
