The Ferrando Service team got me right in the same day I called! I was having some battery issues - the battery had already been jumped once, but continued to have some problems, so I knew something was wr called! I was having some battery issues - the battery had already been jumped once, but continued to have some problems, so I knew something was wrong. The service department was very nice and tested the battery properly. It was determined to need replacement, which was no surprise since the battery was 5 years old. Ferrando Service was able to do the replacement right away, which was a pleasant surprise. As an added bonus, they found and were able to clean out a critter nest and replace the air filter. The service was prompt, and I was kept informed of everything they found. Thanks guys! More

The service department is top-notch and really seems to know what they’re talking about. We haven’t had any bad luck with them so far. The only thing that we were concerned about is that the new tires wer know what they’re talking about. We haven’t had any bad luck with them so far. Oh well, it has to go back for a recall when the parts are available in a month or so I will ask then.
