Being helpful I purchased my vehicle from the dealership that was 2 hours away from my home the reason was that there were no other dealerships in Erie that had the I purchased my vehicle from the dealership that was 2 hours away from my home the reason was that there were no other dealerships in Erie that had the vehicle I was looking for I had an issue with the molding on the driver seat it broke I called Bob ferrando Lincoln Mercury to talk to the service manager explain the problem the request I bring the car in so we can look at it and decide what needed to be done to resolve the issue the manager had a part ordered it came in in 2 days scheduled time for repair brought the car into the dealership 30 minutes on a rock with the vehicle I was on my way out to dinner with the new molding on my driver sideI definitely would recommend Bob ferrando Lincoln Mercury service for any repairs that need to be done on somebody's car I will break out back to them for service More
Gas tank vapor lock The team at Ferrando's took care of my Ford Flex promptly and fixed the problem. Purge valve and computer readout done. Car runs fine now. Told them about car sometimes shuttering when I drive off sometimes, they told me it was my cd player, I know the difference, my drivers windshield wiper sticks occasionally on the delay and it has been happening more frequently and told me to bring it out when it is doing it, which I can't drive with it raining and not using my wiper from Erie to Girard. Other than that, everything was fine. More
A Pleasant Service Appointment I've owned and driven cars for more than 50 years. This is the ONLY dealership that I've continued to use after my cars have exhausted their warranty. I've owned and driven cars for more than 50 years. This is the ONLY dealership that I've continued to use after my cars have exhausted their warranty. Why? Because most dealers try to up sell you every time you bring your car in for service. But not this dealer. They do only what is required to pass inspection or fix the problem. They also tell you about things you should be watching for in the near future. Other dealers try to get you to fix everything at one time and run up your bill. Not these guys. They tell you what may need servicing in the future so you can space out the work and the cost. I really like that! And, on top of that, they give me a 10% discount because I'm a veteran. Not too many places do that and I appreciate it very much. I would very highly recommend these guys for a purchase or service. More
