Codes on truck anf frozen doors Locks had a kit put on because it was a recall and it seems to have worked -5 degrees and no frozen doors !! Not like my last couple of visits Seems like I was being undermined when I dropped myself car off. Next, All these unexpected charges came up when I went to get my car, and they weren’ Seems like I was being undermined when I dropped myself car off. Next, All these unexpected charges came up when I went to get my car, and they weren’t discussed when I dropped it off. Extra work was done to my car and I wasn’t notified about it. To add to that one charge was told to me over the phone and I was presented with something completely different at the time of pickup with no breakdown on the receipt. I feel like I’ve been scammed last time I was here. Service is very good at what they do but don’t pull stuff like this. It just isn’t right. Also, please be more friendly to your customers. More
