Battery replacement was done quickly I needed a battery replaced in my Escape. They made the appointment for me for that afternoon, then since I couldn't get it started to get it to Bob F I needed a battery replaced in my Escape. They made the appointment for me for that afternoon, then since I couldn't get it started to get it to Bob Ferrando Ford, they we're patient until I finally arrived an hour later. They had it done in half the time they said it would be. Now that's what I call good service for that day. Then to top it off, my bill come to just over a dollar more than what cash I had, and the kind woman took a couple dollars off my bill so I wouldn't have to write a check for that small amount. Nice service dept to work with. More
