No confirmation of install paperwork Very happy all aspects of service, except they do not give confirmation of work and parts done. How do we know if service has actually been done? Their computer software is archaic- should be able to spit out everything that has ever been done to the car. Should be able to get confirmation of work done, even if the dealer has not be paid by Ford yet. More

Smooth Thank you for making it so smooth from start to finish. We were given the information of what needed to be done ahead of time.
