Ferrando service center was glad to help they informed us there was a RECALL on the problem that Weber Harris Ford tried to repair they didnt tell us about the recall we had to pay over $300.00 to them that THANK GOODNESS Ferrando service center let us know about it cost us again because the wrong parts had been put on in Meadville Pa. Ferrando service center fixed it and those parts are still working great today. Won't go anywhere else, unless I'm out of state. More

Excellent Service I have been coming there over roughly 8 years. I make the drive from Erie because I trust them, and that is hard to come by. Arlind especially has always gone above and beyond in explaining things and making the process easy. I know I could sometimes get service cheaper or closer to where I live, but it is worth the drive. I feel terrible that I can not think of her name but the woman in the checkout area of service is also amazing!!
