They only fixed two of three items I came in for repair. Two items fixed out of three. My biggest issue is that a new flashlight I put in my car that morning was taken from my car. It was not an expensive item but it was given to me as a gift by a sweet child who thought I needed a flashlight that matched my car color. I know now that if I have any repair done there I will remove anything of value and take an inventory of all remaining items left in car. More

Took it to Auto Zone for a battery check and told it was fine and I should have no worries driving it. Coming upon the busy summer travel season, I was concerned with that response. Brought it to Bob Ferrando and it took 20 minutes to tell me that my battery was in fact going bad. Forty minutes later I was back on the road knowing I had a vehicle that will start! I thought the price for the battery and labor was competitive. More

I really have had a lot of different cars and used a bunch of mechanics over the years for every kind of thing. I don't want to go anywhere else. Fortunately for me I had a factory warranty on my car (130,000 miles-old now), or I may never have chosen to just use Ford service center, and may have never met these nice people. More
