I have a fleet vehicle and use the service for maintenance on my vehicles. In the past, I used a ford dealership for the repairs that is a lot closer to my house in Erie. I stopped going there because I always felt like I was an inconvenience to them. They would fight with me almost every time about how they were going to be paid (they bill through the ford fleet plan), they were rude and just made me feel like my business was a burden to them. I started going to Bob Fernando once I moved back to Erie. Their service shop has been so easy to deal with. I have never felt once like I was a burden or an inconvenience. Everyone has been super friendly and approachable. The difference in customer service has been night and day. would recommend them! More
