Always a great experience dealing with Arlen in service dept I began having transmission problems with my f150 late one night. The next morning I called Ferrando's Service Dept and spoke to Arlen B. He said I I began having transmission problems with my f150 late one night. The next morning I called Ferrando's Service Dept and spoke to Arlen B. He said I could drop it off and they would try to work it in to atleast get it on the computer and check the codes. This was on a Monday. Tuesday, they were able to tear it apart and determined the transmission had to be replaced. I also had a break caliper and wheel seal that needed repair. By Thursday afternoon of that same week, the work on my truck was completed and I was driving it home. Arlen in the service department always goes above and beyond to accomodate his customers and to make sure their vehicle is repaired correctly the first time. He is definitely my go to person in the Ferrando Service Dept. Ferrando's cashier's office staff are also very helpful and friendly to deal with.
