"New" tires for a 2011 Ford F-150 I made an appointment to replace the original tires on my Ford F-150, which I had purchased new from this dealership in 2011. When I brought my truck I made an appointment to replace the original tires on my Ford F-150, which I had purchased new from this dealership in 2011. When I brought my truck in this morning for the tire change, I asked to see the tires before they were installed. The parts department got one of the tires and - after seeing the DOT number molded into the tire - learned that these 'new' tires were actually made in 2016. This dealership was selling four year old stock at new prices. This is totally unacceptable and I canceled the transaction. I contacted the General Manager who investigated this matter and validated the details of my experience. Beware of tire service at this dealer. More
