As soon as I drove into the service department I was immediately addressed and before I knew it a mechanic was already in my car taking it to a service bay for the service. Fast service, good service, had door locks replaced on my car. It did have a recall for the door locks. A light came on which indicated driver door faulty and showed a wrench.
